RETURN POLICY
Due to the sanitary aspect and the nature of our products (freshly handmade/ organic) all sales are final. We do not except refunds, exchanges or returns. If you have any questions about products prior to buying please email hello@aunaturellebeauty.com. Please check out our instagram for product information as well.
In the rare case that your package is lost, please email hello@aunaturellebeauty.com. If the package is returned to us we can reship it, but will ask for you to cover the additional shipping fee. If the package is delivered to the address you provided successfully and an incident occurs after we are unable to provide reimbursement.
If your product arrives damaged please email hello@aunaturellebeauty.com and let us know within 24 hours of receiving package and we will help as quickly as possible. Please send us a photo of the damaged item, so we can have a better understanding of what happened.
SHIPPING
We ship via USPS Priority/ First Class or UPS. Please allow us 2-4 days to process your order, once your order is shipped it should take 3-5 days to get to you. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please be sure to correctly enter your address including any unit, apartment or suite numbers. Always double check.
